  • Delivery Partners: We ship all orders through our trusted partners, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Expedited shipping options are available.
  • Estimated Delivery: Allow the estimated shipping time for your delivery from our partner carriers.

Payment Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is authorized and verified. Please note that once payment is verified, orders cannot be canceled or changed. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Processing

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process, excluding holidays and weekends. Pre-ordered items may take longer; please refer to our preorder page for detailed information. If items in your order are ready within 24 hours, we will ship them sooner.

Shipping

Shipments are guaranteed to reach destination countries within 30 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with an International e-packet tracking number.

Please Note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Delivery

To track your order, please use the tracking tools provided by USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimated from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Typically, delivery takes 30-90 days to some countries. We offer compensation if shipping exceeds the timeframe stated in our shipping policy.

Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if your package does not arrive on time. Our representative will respond within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
